Secondly you need to make sure your description is as accurate as possible, don't leave anything out here, if you send a buyer an item and it isn't as described you can get into hot water. Lastly add pictures to your auctions, make sure they are clear enough to see the details of the item and take spoecific pictures of any flaws such as a scratch on an electrical item etc.
